Fire protection performance test

As high-rise buildings are increasingly more popular, durable and lightweight combustible construction materials are frequently used in construction. Combustible plastic construction materials are used as furniture and interior construction, therefore increasing the fire load.

Plastic construction materials have high combustion heat (more than 10 times of general combustibles) and high heat release (more than 2-3 times of general combustibles), therefore substantially increasing the loss potential. However, most buildings have minimum fire protection system as required by law, so in case of fire, most buildings are in risk of large loss because of inadequate fire protection.

We provide fire protection performance tests using analysis tools of fire engineering, to simulate fire scenarios of the building and provide recommendations on adequate fire protection. The performance test can be applied to buildings currently in use, as well as newly constructed or extended buildings, to save lives and your assets.

Fire code compliance
We evaluate whether your fire protection system is in compliance to domestic and international fire codes (such as NFPA Code and FM Data Sheets).
Fire protection reliability
We evaluate adequacy and reliability of your fire protection system, considering the occupancy and fire load of the building.
